Any quotation provided by RA Recycle Service — whether through the website, email, or telephone — is subject to the following conditions:

• Quotations are valid for the period stated therein, or 7 days from issue if no period is stated, unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
• All prices are subject to confirmation, prevailing market conditions (LME-linked pricing), and exchange rates.
• A binding order is only established when both parties have agreed in writing (email confirmation acceptable) to the material grade, quantity, price, payment terms, and delivery terms.
• Minimum order quantities and packaging requirements apply as communicated during the quotation process.
• All commercial transactions are governed by the specific terms agreed in the relevant purchase order, sales confirmation, or contract document, which shall take precedence over these general Terms in the event of conflict.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Standard payment terms are Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) — 30–50% advance with the balance payable before shipment.
• Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight is accepted from established partners upon prior agreement.
• All payments shall be made in the currency stated on the commercial invoice (USD, EUR, or INR).
• Late payment may attract interest at the applicable statutory rate.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Delivery terms (Incoterms) are stated on each commercial invoice and govern the transfer of risk.
• Lead times are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.
• RA Recycle Service is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to port congestion, weather, industrial action, or government restrictions.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of RA Recycle Service or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may:

• View and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• Share links to our publicly accessible pages.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajasthan, India.

For commercial disputes arising from trade transactions, the parties shall first attempt to resolve matters through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
