FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What aluminium alloy grades do you manufacture?+

We produce ADC6, ADC10, ADC12, ADC14, LM2, LM4, LM6, LM9, LM13, LM24, LM25, A356, A380, and custom alloys — all spectrometer-verified to specification.

Do you supply internationally?+

Yes. We export to more than 50 countries with full container loading, documentation, and global logistics support.

Is every batch tested?+

Every heat is verified by optical emission spectrometry, with mechanical and dimensional testing and full batch traceability.

Do you buy scrap as well as sell ingots?+

Yes. We buy graded ferrous and non-ferrous scrap and offer closed-loop buy-back programmes for manufacturers.

Can you produce a custom alloy to our specification?+

Absolutely. Share your chemical and mechanical requirements and we will cast and certify ingots to your exact spec.

How do I request a quote?+

Use the Request a Quote button or the contact form with your material, grade, quantity, and destination, and our team will respond promptly.

What payment terms do you accept?+

We accept Telegraphic Transfer (TT, typically 30–50% advance with balance before shipment), Letter of Credit (LC) at sight, and LC with deferred payment for established partners. All transactions are in USD, EUR, or INR.

What are your typical lead times?+

Standard grades (ADC12, LM24, LM6) ship in 7–14 days, speciality grades (A356, ADC6) in 10–21 days, and custom alloys in 15–30 days from order confirmation. Sea freight transit adds 3–25 days depending on destination.

How are aluminium ingots packaged?+

Ingots are cast at 5 kg or 7 kg each (customisable), bundled in wire-tied stacks of approximately 1 metric tonne, and sized for 20' or 40' FCL container stuffing. Moisture-resistant wrapping is available on request.

What is your manufacturing process?+

Our 10-stage process: scrap collection & grading, material inspection & weighing, sorting & cleaning, melting in a rotary or induction furnace, alloy preparation, flux & degassing, casting, cooling & finishing, OES quality inspection, and packaging & export.
